Hi, I am Kelly or Kel for those that have met me more than once.
So from here on in, just call me “Kel”
Let’s start with full disclosure:
I am impatient, creative, impulsive and also, a perfectionist and procrastinator.
Since as long back as I can remember, I have had a deep drive to make things better, to help people reach their goals, and to support them to create change.
It is this deep passion for helping people and the want to support others in the best way I can... fused with a love for ideas, unlimited creativity and getting things done (as fast as possible) that has lead me on a varied path.
My life - working and personaI - has seen me dive head first into new challenges often without thinking too much and trusting that no matter what the outcome I would learn ... about others, about business, about life and most importantly about myself and what does and does not work for me.
From working in childcare centres and running kitchens in London pubs to helping launch new fashion labels, developing reality TV concepts that have catapulted clients to their own day-time talk shows in the USA... and supporting individuals to move from work that sucked their soul into purpose, power and profit...
...I have truly tried most things - always with enthusiasm and curiosity - as I defined what “type of work” lights me up through a method of deduction.
And what did I learn in all this?
I am GREAT at working out how to go from A to B.
I LOVE creating new things.
I am DRIVEN by supporting others to realise their potential and dreams
I feel good HELPING put new and good things into society
I truly believe that having the right people in the right roles with the right support will elevate our economy beyond just profitability and that no matter the challenge, you have the resource, knowledge and talent to create the solution…
Sometimes it just takes a new set of eyes and a different perspective to help it come out…
And that leads me here.
Officially (because everyone asks me what I actually do) I am a "Business and Career Strategist."
For over 10 years I have been working with companies and individuals to facilitate change and create better experiences and outcomes - for their teams, their customers and themselves.
Overall, what I do is work one on one with clients to support them to develop and deliver their brand promise.
With extensive experience in business and brand development, marketing, communications and coaching I am often referred to as the “change agent” – working behind the scenes to support the change process from ideation to implementation.
Working side-by-side with my client’s, I integrate myself into their way of working: understanding and supporting their values, goals and long-term vision, so that the changes we make together are sustainable and lasting.
I believe that you have the answers to every challenge you encounter, and my role is to simply help you find them and then craft sustainable solutions that work for you.
